🌟 Scar-related lip asymmetry correction 🌟

This patient had a previous scar through the upper lip which created uneven volume and disruption to the natural lip border.

Rather than adding “more filler”, this treatment focused on:

• Careful structural support
• Micro-aliquots to balance asymmetry
• Respecting natural anatomy
• Maintaining a masculine lip shape

The goal was not bigger lips —
It was restoring harmony and proportion.

💉 MASSATER TREATMENT 💉

This shows just how effective treating the massater muscle can be .

As well as helping with teeth grinding / clenching it also slims the lower part of the face.

💉 Dermal Filler Dissolving 💉

A sad but typical case of the problems seen ALOT in clinic.

Here is an example of filler which has been injected (NOT BY ME) at an incorrect depth , using an incorrect product in a poor way which is not respecting the anatomy of the lip.

These results have more than likely been caused by a “Russian” technique . Which basically means that the filler has been injected from above down beyond the wet-dry border causing migration and pockets of filler .

It is important at this stage never to add any additional filler to the lips but to dissolve the filler which is causing the problem.

Dissolving fillers using an enzyme called Hyaluronidaise is what we did here to get rid of these pockets . The Hyaluronidaise will continue to work and dissolve any other pockets over the next coming days .

Consultation and patch test required before treatment.
