On Monday night I'm holding the first in my series of Seasonal Resets, this time focusing on Spring.
I'll be sharing ancient wisdom that still holds today to help you begin to build the resources to get you through the year.
✨I'll be teaching you how to listen to your body by highlighting each seasonal shift the body needs.
🌿I'll be sharing simple acupressure practices you can do to help you take care of yourself through spring and beyond.
✨I'll be offering up recipes and food that can help boost your system in spring.

Spring is the time to build up our resources to last us through to the coming winter.
It's dominated by the liver meridian and asks us to deal with and let go of our frustrations and anger, which causes constriction, otherwise we find issues such as sciatica, gout, acid reflux and gout flaring up, amongst other things.
