Over 6 thousand hours of clinical practice. I specialise in personal growth and self development. Working within intersectional communities; GSRD (gender, s*xuality, relationship diversities), race and culture, disability, mental health, neurodiversity, spirituality and more. FEES:
My hourly fee for personal psychotherapy is £160. I feel strongly that therapy should be accessible to all, therefore I have a reduced rate for lower-income households. PERSONAL THERAPY / SUPERVISION / RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING:
- Standard Rate = £160
- Lower Income Households (i.e. £18k-£30k) = £90
Financial hardship = £45 (limited spaces - currently unavailable)

1-1 INTENSIVES: (in person):
- 8 hours per day for 2 days - 16 x your hourly rate

WALKING THERAPY:
- Limited availability = £180 / £110 / £65

DISCOUNT:
- 10% discount for 10 sessions booked & paid for in advance (= 1 session free)
- Limited number of part bursary places available (for LGBTQIA+/disability/BAME)

I feel strongly that therapy should be accessible to all, therefore I have a stepped fee system based upon income, are rates all per one hour session. £120 IS my current hourly fee; the rest are discounted for lower incomes.

£40,000+ p.a. income = £120

£30-£40,000 p.a. income = £90
