One to One Support Services was established in January 2006 by its Director and Founder, Melanie Ulyatt MBE. We provide high calibre support to children, adults and older people with special needs, sensory impairments and disabilities at a time and place to suit you. One to One also has a Training Academy, where we offer a comprehensive range of Training and Consultancy Services. We are an approved registered training centre with the Council for the Advancement of Communication with Deaf People and all courses are delivered by experienced tutors. We are a Signature approved centre and Health and Social Care courses by City and Guilds.

Bonus: £250 for BSL Level 2 or Native Signers (T&Cs apply) and set as follows
-£100 paid with your first wage
-£150 after 3 months of employment
-Must work 20+ hours per week

Extra Hours Bonus:
-All care staff (including managers/seniors) who exceed 44 hours per week will receive £1.00 for every extra hour completed.

Requirements:
-BSL Level 1 or above (or equivalent experience using BSL)
-Experience working with deaf or hard of hearing individuals (desirable)
-Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

Location: Various Community-Based Locations – Kirklees / Leeds
Salary: £12.25 – £14.50 per hour.

Are you a compassionate, reliable individual with skills or qualifications in British Sign Language (BSL)? We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide person-centred assistance to clients who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-to-one support using BSL

Accompany clients to medical, social, and other essential appointments

Assist clients in accessing community services and activities

Promote independence while providing respectful and empowering care

Communicate effectively and sensitively with clients using appropriate methods

Requirements:

BSL Level 1 or above (or equivalent experience using BSL)

Experience working with deaf or hard of hearing individuals is desirable

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
