☀️ Why you shouldn’t tan during skin treatments
If you’re having laser, microneedling or skin peels, it’s important to avoid sunbathing or tanning.
When skin is tanned it becomes more sensitive and reactive, which can increase the risk of burns, irritation and pigmentation problems. Many treatments also rely on treating the natural skin tone, and a tan can interfere with both safety and results.
For the best outcomes, avoid tanning before, during and shortly after your treatment course and wear daily SPF to protect your skin while it heals and regenerates.
Healthy skin always gives the best results. ✨
