Katie joined us back in September last year. Being a self-confessed none gym goer it was a leap of faith to get started.
With a troublesome hip issue and attending a family wedding abroad on the horizon it sharpened her focus to get fit and active.
There has been some ups and downs along the way, with the hip getting worse and in need of corrective surgery our training focus had to change.
We had developed a work around in the routine to still get the most from the training and get results whilst getting her in the best shape for a speedy recovery for the hip op and looking and feeling her best for the family wedding.
Flash forward to today and we are delighted with the results she's achieved.
