Phil walked through the doors last September looking for a gym to train himself in, to lose a bit of weight and get fit.Β
As we don't offer a "gym only" membership he said no worries and was about to leave when I mentioned the classes option. We talked through how it worked and he decided to give it a go.Β
Sliding doors moment and flash forward to today, he's now 2 and a half stone lighter, much fitter and more importantly maintaining his results. It's safe to say Phil is loving life at the studioππ»
You can see the remarkable weight loss in the picture, as he showed me recently, bringing in an old work shirt that used to fit him but now swamps him πͺπΌΒ
Phil has achieved these results by consistently doing the following,
β 2 small group classes per week.
