Based in Chesterfield, we cover both urban and rural Chesterfield, North Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and the Peak District.

We are seeking compassionate and committed carers to join our OUTSTANDING community care team, covering Chesterfield, Dronfield, the Peak District, and the Derbyshire Dales.

At EDS Homecare, we have proudly delivered high-quality homecare services within our community for over 25 years and have been rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission as of April 2026! As a nurse-led, family-run business, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care while always putting both our clients and staff first.

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting individuals with personal care, preparing meals and drinks, assisting with medication, carrying out light domestic tasks, providing companionship, and more.

Key Information ⭐
Competitive pay rates between £14.00 – £14.75 per hour (service-based increments)
25p per mile paid for all travel between visits
Regular shift patterns with consistent hours to support work-life balance
Well-planned rotas designed to reduce travel time
Comprehensive training and shadowing before starting care duties
An excellent staff recognition and rewards programme, including vouchers, hotel stays, paid days off, and more

Job Requirements 📋
Good level of spoken and written English
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance)
