Have you been watching the Olympics, well if you had seen some of the 🏊‍♀️ swimming and diving events you may have noticed circular bruises on some of the competitors.

These are from a type of therapy called cupping.

What is cupping? 🤷‍♀️

A type of treatment that involves placing suction cups to increase circulation and healing to areas of muscle tension.

It’s useful for shoulder and neck tension
Lower back pain
Achy knees
and even sciatica

Adrian Webster uses it on some of his patients alongside spinal manipulation to aid their recovery.
