Join me online for a gentle, grounding meditation designed to calm the nervous system and bring you back into your body.
This session is perfect if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply in need of a quiet moment to breathe.
We’ll use:
• soft Yujji (ocean) breath
• a guided meditation inspired by the tides
• Reiki‑infused energy to soothe and settle

Today is called Blue Monday —
a day that’s meant to feel heavy,
low, or a little too much.

But Blue has never meant sadness to me.
Blue is the colour of calm.
Blue is the breath that softens.
Blue is the sea remembering its rhythm.
Blue is the body loosening its grip.
Blue Mind is the calm we feel near water
the quietening,
the softening,
the gentle shift in the nervous system.
And Reiki carries that same energy inward.
The same stillness.
The same soft tide.
The same invitation to return to yourself
without force,
without pressure,
without needing to be “okay.”
If today has felt heavy,
you’re not alone.
And you’re allowed to soften.
To breathe.
To let the tide inside you settle.
Blue Monday can be a calm Monday.
A Blue Mind Monday.
A gentler beginning 💕🌊

The New Moon always pulls the tides into stillness. A quieter sea.
A lower ebb.
A moment where the waterline retreats and everything feels a little more inward.

And we feel it too.

The New Moon draws our energy down and in — toward rest, reflection, and the things we only hear when the world is quiet.

Just as the tides soften, our nervous systems soften.
Just as the sea pulls back, we pull back from the noise. Just as the water settles, we settle.

And because this is the first New Moon of the year, its pull feels even more significant.
A natural beginning. A gentle reset.
A moment to choose how we want to move forward without pressure or urgency.

This New Moon is an invitation to pause, to listen, to begin again from a softer place 💕🌊

Tonight I held space for the Sacred Sea Meditation Session, and although it was a very small circle — just one person — the energy still felt meaningful.

January is a tender month. People are tired. Nervous systems are stretched thin. And I’m listening.

What I felt tonight wasn’t disappointment… but clarity.

Sacred Sea needs a softer rhythm — a moment when people are naturally ready to exhale.

So from February, I’m moving our gatherings to a Sunday Night Reset — a quieter, more spacious time to settle, to breathe, to return to ourselves before the week begins.

With Imbolc arriving on the 1st, I’ll let that weekend hold its own magic, and we’ll begin our new rhythm on Sunday 8th February.

I’ll share more this week about Blue Mind, about what we hold here at Sacred Sea, and about the gentle shift this season is asking for 💕🌊
