This sunday I get to have a go at a half marathon in Manchester. Training has been a pretty crap experience to be honest, as I have had plantar fasciitis and left it to the last minute to start. Had I not promised my Brother Billy, that I would use the opportunity to raise some money for an important cause I would have definitely backed out. A lot of my clients had an unhealthy relationship with the past. I teach somthing called the personal peace procedure, which enables people to change that relationship. It’s Autumn now and as the trees shed their leave’s, they show us, It’s ok to let go of things that aren’t helpful anymore.
