Successful candidates will join one of three graded bands dependant on experience, qualifications and performance. Ashgate House is committed to a person-centred approach and high standards of care promoting independence, wellbeing and safety of residents.

Ashgate House is a 45 bedded Specialist Dementia Care Facility supporting people living with Dementia. We are now looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to possess strong leadership qualities and experience of working with people living with Dementia



The successful applicant will work closely with the Home Manager and recognise the importance of providing a visible presence on the floor to ensure service users are effectively supported and forming good working relationships with all members of the care and support team.



We are currently changing our care planning and recording systems from paper to an electronic system, so experience in this would be beneficial but not essential.



We also recruit Nurse from overseas to work as Nursing Assistants and /or train and support them to achieve their NMC pin number.



We currently hold a GOOD rating from CQC, but our aim is to achieve OUTSTANDING, so only those who are serious about supporting us to achieve our goal need apply

£43,000 pa based on 42 hours per week (working hours to be agreed)
