Another week of training lined up at CX 💪🏻

We’re sticking with the compound lifts and continuing to build through those reps and percentages as the cycle progresses. Everything is geared towards that next step forward.

Saturday is where it peaks — front squat working up to 95%, setting things up nicely to go after that 1RM next week 👀

Stay consistent, trust the process, and keep putting the work in.

The Gym Sync Raging Rapids event is coming, and gyms from all over the world will be taking on the same challenge. One workout. Everyone pushing in the same direction.

Here’s this week’s training at CX 👇

We’re building into the week with a 2-part strength focus Monday–Wednesday, giving you a chance to work on key lifts and progress your numbers.

Thursday shifts gears into a solid conditioning day 🥵
Friday we ease things back slightly with an upper body functional pump session to finish the working week strong.

Then into the weekend…
Saturday – our usual partner workout 💪🏻
Sunday – conditioning session to round things off properly.

Alongside this, our Foundations classes (Mon/Wed/Fri) deliver 30–40 minutes of simple, effective fitness, perfect if you’re newer to training or just want to focus on moving well and getting a sweat on.

Every session is coach-led, with clear guidance and plenty of encouragement to keep you pushing through the work.
