I’m not sure if you’ve heard the news that WW may be going in to bankruptcy, and I know we joke in group about not saying the WW words. But it’s hard to hear on behalf of the members, consultants and staff. Because I know I would be devastated to lose Slimming World. So firstly I wanted to reassure you that Slimming World and myself will always be here for you. We’re not going anywhere. And to also say if you do know any WW members please tell them that we are here for them too. They will need the stability and support to continue changing their lives and we can give them that always 🤍🤍

A NEW THREE-YEAR PARTNERSHIP WITH DIABETES UK

It is estimated that there are 5 million people living with diabetes in the UK today – and around 13.6 million who have an increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Make moving more a habit, one step at a time 🙌!

Exercise doesn’t have to mean running marathons or spending hours at the gym – unless you want it to 🤸‍♀️! For me, exercise is taking my dog Winnie for a walk in the park. It's something that fits with my busy life and is a huge boost to my mood, too ❤.
