We are very excited to announce that we have a new Associate Osteopath! Rosie Clements, who recently qualified from Swansea University joined us last month and is available for appointments on Wednesday mornings, in addition to Belinda's normal hours, which means we have more appointments available every week! As Rosie builds her practice she will increase her working hours and we hope to be able to offer a second afternoon/early evening session in the near future.

***ROAD CLOSURE IN CHEW MAGNA***
For all clients travelling to us from the other side of Chew Magna, please note that the main road out of the village (from Harford Square to Battle Lane) is CLOSED from today until 20th August. The surrounding lanes are extremely busy with diverted traffic, so please allow extra time to get to us.

Please note:
We have been informed of a planned power cut that will affect our building on the afternoon of Wednesday July 23rd. We will still be open and appointments will still be taking place, but while the power is off our phone will not work and we will have no access to our booking system or emails. If you need to contact us tomorrow, it would be advisable to do so before 12.30pm.

EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!
In addition to Mondays and Wednesdays with Eloise, we are very pleased to announce that Reflexology and Massage are now also
available on Friday afternoons with Lynn!

Both Eloise and Lynn offer 1 hour Full Body Massage, 1 hour Back Neck and Shoulders Massage and 1 hour Reflexology, all for £48 per session. Both are also happy to tailor massage sessions to the client's preferences. Eloise also offers a 1.5 hour full body massage session for £68, as well as Indian Head Massage and Pregnancy Massage. Please note that the appointment charge for Belinda Eyers, Osteopath, will increase to £43 on 1st March. While we do as much as we can to keep our appointment charges as low as possible, our own costs continue to increase and so, sadly, price increases are unavoidable. We thank our valued clients for their understanding.

Apologies to anyone trying to phone us today - we are changing service providers and it takes a few hours for the phone line to be switched over. Introducing Head, Neck and Shoulder Shiatsu (Acupressure) Massage!
Blocked sinuses?
Tension headaches or brain fog?
Discomfort in the face or jaw?
Inability to freely turn the head?

Then you may benefit from a shiatsu (acupressure) head, neck and facial massage. This will improve circulation to the area, shift stuck energy (chi) and assist in getting it flowing again.

The treatment consists of gentle stretches, soft tissue release techniques and the use of acupressure points.
