BIG THINGS are happening in the Wild Space… and the smallest creatures are counting on us!

Meet the incredible Park Friends Action Group, a passionate team of volunteers led by the amazing Susan Hogarth, who’ve spent countless hours this past year clearing, pruning, planting, and breathing life back into our green space. 🌱💚

Now, they’re building something special… BUG HOUSES! 🏡🐛
This is a very successful way of attracting all kinds of insects, including overwintering butterflies. It will give them a place to shelter, lay eggs and hibernate. An important habitat to help our precious wildlife.

We have the mains items for construction but if you have any of these spare items, you could make a huge difference! We are looking for the following items:
🧱 Bricks with holes
🎋 Hollow bamboo canes
🌲 Fir cones
🪵 Small logs & untreated wood
🌿 Twigs & natural materials

Every donation helps create a safe haven for wildlife.

The Pavilion therapy rooms could be your next space, with flexible hire options, an easy online booking system, and both Pay As You Go and permanent rental available, the Pavilion is built to grow with your business, on your terms.

The therapy rooms are able to book at £12 per hour or regular rental rates starting at only £140 per month.

Offering community, a beautiful location, and flexibility, the Pavilion provides a safe, wellbeing space, to help develop your business.

Bring up-to 10 items of good quality clothes, shoes or accessories which you no longer want, then swap them for something else you’d prefer instead.

NEW CLASS: Qi Gong with Antonia

Starting Friday 13th Feb: 11.00–12.00

Qi Gong is an ancient mind–body practice used for thousands of years to build resilience, clarity, balance and long-term wellbeing. Both preventative and restorative, it works with the root causes of imbalance in the body and mind, not just the symptoms.

In this 4-week Introduction to Qi Gong course, you’ll learn a selection of powerful exercises to:
- improve cognition, breathing & circulation
- support immune function
- regulate the nervous system
- build strength, balance & body awareness

With over 15 years of study, practice and teaching, Antonia brings deep knowledge and experience to help you move more freely, feel more comfortable in your body, and genuinely feel better.

Christmas Opening Hours at the Pavillion!

The Pavillion Cafe will be closed from 17th December 2025 until 9am on Monday 5th January 2026!

The building will still be open to customers accessing our classes and therapies which will continue as per individual practitioners holiday hours.

The Community Health Group meet 1st Wednesday of every month 🙌. We’ll have a new topic each month to give a focus but we can talk about anything health related. It’s FREE and you can join whenever you want.
