🌟 We are so proud of our very own Chloe! 🌟

This Sunday she’s taking on the incredible London to Brighton cycle – all in support of a cause close to her heart. 🚴‍♀️💪

Chloe is just shy of her £1,000 fundraising goal, and every little bit will help her get there. To put it into perspective – a single block of 10 physio sessions can cost £600, none of which is covered by insurance. This challenge isn’t just about the miles; it’s about raising vital funds to help people access the healing and support they desperately need.

✨ Friday Walk & Chat ✨
Join us this Friday 12th September for a relaxed ABC walk.

📍 Meet: Robin’s Nest Coffee Shop (special discount on drinks for ABC walkers!)
🕛 Time: Arrive from 12/12:15, we’ll set off around 12:30 (or earlier if everyone’s got their drinks)
🚶‍♀️ Route: Through town to Priory Park, a few laps, plenty of space to chat

No pressure, no judgement – just a space for friendship, fresh air, and a chance to rant if you need it.

ABC Catch Up – Monday 23rd June
We’ll be gently infiltrating the Milk Spot (10–12), a beautiful breastfeeding support group run by magical women ✨

All welcome as always – feeding babies or not. I’ll be there from 9ish if anyone’s nervous or wants a friendly face before it gets busy. Come and go as you need – no pressure, no obligation.
