Fear can keep us stuck for a long time, often without us even realising it. Sometimes we avoid things because they feel uncomfortable, overwhelming, or because we’re scared of failing, being judged, or getting hurt.
But when we start to understand our fears and the patterns they’ve created in us, we can begin to make different choices going forward. That’s where real growth and change can happen.
We don’t have to become fearless overnight, but facing our fears little by little can help us move forward and create a happier, more fulfilling life.
