They told us they “cannot fault the service” and are delighted with the care they receive. They praised our team for always being understanding, easy to communicate with, and for going the extra mile — even offering to help with additional tasks like hoovering, which they absolutely love!

Our Chichester Office received some wonderful feedback from a clients NOK regarding Sharna…..

I wanted to pass on some very positive feedback about Sharna, who provided support to **** this morning.

While I was on a lengthy call to Nationwide Bank on **** behalf, Sharna stepped in with remarkable professionalism and warmth. The bank were being rather unhelpful about a very simple request – to change **** statements from large print (which she can no longer read) to standard format.

Sharna calmly took over the call, explained **** situation clearly and respectfully, and asked to speak to a manager. She was assertive, articulate, and extremely effective, while maintaining such kindness and dignity throughout. I was genuinely impressed by her composure, her empathy, and her ability to advocate on **** behalf.

She is an absolute credit to your team, and I wanted to make sure her excellent work was acknowledged.
