Ganga was nominated by a manager from another area for the exceptional support they provided to a client over the weekend when her hoist malfunctioned. They stayed with her until the hoist was repaired and then continued to assist with the rest of her care without a single complaint. Her dedication and patience are truly appreciated.

🩷💚 The positivity just keeps coming this week 👏🏼🙌🏼🫶🏼

🌟 Fantastic feedback for our In Home Care team! 🌟

Clients husband shared how very happy he is with the care she receives. He told us that all the carers are competent, friendly and know exactly what they are doing – the care is excellent all round. 💙

He gave special mentions to Ellie Anthony, who is conscientious and competent for someone so new to In Home Care, as well as Shelley Lewis and Leisa Tavener. He also said that, to be honest, all the carers are very good! 👏

He was also full of praise for our office team – saying the phone is always answered straight away, staff are always friendly, and even when calling out of hours the response has been fantastic. He also wanted to highlight Coral, Donna and Michelle for the great support they give when visiting on care calls.

⭐️ Overall score: 10/10 – fantastic news! ⭐️

Well done everyone who received this amazing feedback! Thank you so much for everything that you do!🩷💚
