Millions of people across the world will participate in dry January, whether that is doing it for yourself or running a marathon to raise money.

The root cause of an estimated 5% of all deaths yearly is alcohol use - this means almost 3 million people across the world die due to alcohol.

Today marks the beginning of Stress Awareness week – 3rd to 7th November.

This year’s theme is “Optimising Employee well-being through strategic stress management”.
The most common stress is work-related, with 79% saying they had felt it.
