Starters: Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Venezuelan Guasacaca, Sweet Potato & Banana Bread.

Mains: Trinidadian Chicken Curry, Puerto Rican Stewed Beans, Bajan Rice and Peas.

Dessert: Rum and Raisin Ice Cream.
