🌷 A Heartfelt Farewell 🌷
Today, a beloved chapter in my life came to a close. Saying goodbye to the residents and colleagues who have filled my days with laughter, care, and meaning at Cornelius House was deeply emotional. As I turn the page toward retirement, I carry with me the memories, lessons, and friendships that will stay in my heart always.
As one door closes, another opens — so they say — and as I pass the reins from a role I have held so dearly, I am filled with gratitude for every moment shared and every connection made along the way.
What an emotional day it was — filled with laughter and tears, thoughtful cards and gifts, and so many kind words that touched my heart. Every gesture, every smile, and every hug was a reminder of the love, warmth, and family spirit that make Cornelius House such a truly special place.
I was deeply moved by the love and kindness shown to me today — it meant the world. Though I struggled to find the right words to express my thanks, please know how much I appreciate every thoughtful gesture and every kind word.
I will carry the memories of today, and all the wonderful times we’ve shared, with me always.
Thank you to every resident, every colleague, and every friend — you have made my journey here truly unforgettable.
