BLUE MONDAY' CAN FALL ON ANY DAY
Don’t be discouraged if you feel 2025 isn’t getting off to the best start. It’s okay if you don’t hit the ground running in January, every small step in the right direction is an achievement. ↗️
It’s important to:
🧡 Be kind to yourself and others.
🧡 Have courage you can do it.
🧡 Respect your own and other people’s goals and boundaries.
Remember to plan how you can build on your achievements from 2024 rather than set unrealistic resolutions. There is still time, don’t rush and think clearly about what you’d like to achieve this year.

We explore this question in an article on the Pathfinder website, which features contributions from people within the LGBTQIA+ community who have experienced the stigma of mental health and sexuality.

The article explores the idea of how suppressing one's sexuality can lead to trauma, as well as the importance of community support.

Pathfinder partner, Stonepillow, the homeless charity, recently staged a football tournament at Arun Sports Centre, which saw 26 teams compete throughout the day.

The event was a huge success, with an amazing £3,747 raised for the charity through entry fees and sponsorship.

Congratulations to the winning teams and a big WELL DONE to everyone who came along, took part and helped organise the day.

Stag beetles emerge from their larval cocoons in May and live through to August. They are majestic, gentle creatures that need our help!

In recent decades stag beetles numbers have declined across Europe mainly due to loss of habitat. They are a Priority Species for Conservation under Schedule 5 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
