This field out the back of us is about to be cut probably for silage Vs hay. It's got lots of weeds /wild flowers in it unusually too.

Why am I letting you know this?

Sometimes we don't attend to ourselves and our own health - either physical emotional mental energetic or spiritually. We attract negative habits, energies, ideas etc, which needs a clear out.

That is just one of the things that I do for my clients! Fortunately you don't need to know how, that's my task. You just need to book in for an appointment and I will work out the rest.

Did myself a mischief yesterday with a fall - twisted ankle, grazed knee and elbow, bit of shock as I lay floundering on the dusty ground. But! I can STILL FIX YOU! 😄

Gorgeous but frosty start!
Good luck to my London marathon runners today!

For those out gardening, DO NOT bend with a twist! Ie when moving your tubs n pots about! Bend the knees. Hold then close to your body. Move the feet and legs to pivot, not your back!
