This full-body burner keeps it simple, spicy, and barbell-free. All you need is a pair of dumbbells and some good vibes.

3 rounds of:
• Squat Press – 8x
• RDL to Row – 8x
• Reverse Lunges – 8x each side
• Burpees – 8x (yes, we’re sorry)
