Happy Bank Holiday!

Holiday Time! Just a heads up that Simon is taking a well deserved break from Friday 31st May and will be back in the office Monday the 10th June. In the meantime Jo will be here answering as many calls and emails as she can and and all orders will be processed in the usual timescales.

Just a reminder we are closed tomorrow and all though the long weekend. We are back open on Tuesday from 9am. All orders received before 2;30pm today have been sent out and all orders from the weekend will be sent out on Tuesday.

It's Christmas....The festive period is fast approaching so we thought we should make you aware of some key dates:

Our office is closed from 5pm Thursday 21st until 9am Wednesday 27th December and then closed again Monday 1st of January.

We strongly advise that if you are going to run out of product or think you might need something before or over the festive period to get your order placed by 2pm on the 18th December.

We will be dispatching all orders placed before 2pm on the 21st December however they are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas and will be subject to the usual bank holiday delays. Orders placed after this time on the 21st will be dispatched on the 27th December.

Wishing everyone a Happy Easter from all of us at Trinity Consultants.

The office will be closed from Friday 7th to Monday 10th inclusive with no orders being processed or sent out until we resume business again on Tuesday April 11th.

We will process and send out all orders made by 1pm on Thursday 6th April however these will not be delivered until after the Bank Holiday.

Calls & Emails Today...

We are having some emergency electrical work done this morning so you may find you cannot get through to us on the phones or via email. Please bear with us and we should be back available later this afternoon and most definitely tomorrow. Orders from overnight will still be processed and anything placed today will be processed as soon as we can.

Just a gentle reminder to order today and over the weekend if you are going to need anything over Christmas. We cannot make any guarantees but we are sending everything Parcel Force and the earlier you order the better chance you stand of it arriving before Christmas!

CHRISTMAS & DELIVERY INFO

Lots of info incoming so let's start with delivery, thank you for your patience with delivery delays we are trying our hardest to chase any stuck and re send where possible. You may find some of our parcels arriving via DHL where we are trying to limit the amount getting held up in Royal Mail.

There are strikes again on Friday 9th, Sunday 11th, Weds 14th & Thursday 15th. There will be a big back log off the back of these days across all couriers so please allow extra days for delivery.

Moving onto Christmas opening and deliveries...

If you are going to require anything over the festive period we highly recommend ordering asap and ideally at the very latest by the 16th Dec. We will still be dispatching up until the 22nd however these are unlikely to arrive before Christmas.

The office itself will be closed for calls and orders from 5pm on Thursday 22nd until 9am Wednesday 28th Dec, the website will still accept orders however these will be processed from Weds 28th. If there is anything you need to chat to us about please call as soon as you can. We will also close for New Years Day and be back open on the 3rd January.
