We were truly touched when we received these kind words from Elaine about her Grandma Kate.

"I wanted to write and express my thanks for the lovely care that you have shown to my Grandma Kate in the time that she has lived with you. After she moved in she said to me within about 2 weeks, ‘This is my home now’, which I thought was such a great thing. You gave her the opportunity to take part in a whole load of activities which she had lost as she became more isolated and less able at home. I loved that our roles had changed and that instead of visiting to try and entertain her and bring her news, she could now bring me up to date with her activities, news and gossip! So thank you for making her last few years really happy."

🎤 A huge thank you to the fantastic Ricky Zalez for bringing music, energy and smiles to our recent summer party at Pinewood!

Ricky performed some much-loved classics from over the years, filling Pinewood with nostalgia and joy. Residents and relatives soaked up every note – it was a true highlight of the afternoon and made the day feel extra special.

We’re so grateful to have had such uplifting entertainment – thank you, Ricky, for helping make the day unforgettable! 🎶

Another fantastic summer party at Pinewood! 🎉

From fun games and a mouth-watering BBQ to an exciting raffle and amazing live music from Ricky Zalez - it was an afternoon to remember. Our incredible staff went above and beyond to make sure residents and their families had a relaxing and enjoyable time.

The care, attention and energy they bring to every event is what makes Pinewood such a special place. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so memorable 💙
