It was pleasure working with the amazing team of THINK18 at Apuldram Centre to provide chair yoga and Sound Bath sessions. THINK18 is a charity group to support young adults (16 – 35 years) with learning disabilities in the UK.. They organise lots of activities and develop social networks and friendships. I look forward to meeting everyone very soon.

Thank you very much for coming to the charity event Sound Bath. Also, thank you to people who couldn't join but donated to the MS society.

We have raised £315! This is an amazing achievement from a small local group. I donated this to the MS society last night.

Those who couldn't join and would like to have an experience of a sound journey, please come along with friends and family for the next event! I will post / email about it soon.
