We hear this comment all the time:

“I couldn’t do milkshakes.”

So just to gently clarify:

Our healthy meal is not recommended to be mixed with milk for people who are not good with milk

Many people are lactose intolerant (often without realising)

And nutrition is never one-size-fits-all

What we recommend always depends on the goal.

👉 For shape-up or fat loss, a healthy meal can be used as a meal replacement, done properly.

👉 For active or athletic people, the focus is on strength, fitness, recovery and performance alongside normal meals.

How you feel doesn’t always reflect how you’re actually doing.

About a year ago, someone started working with us wanting better energy and healthier shape — nothing extreme, just something sustainable.

The last few months hadn’t been easy. By the time her progress was reviewed, she was feeling very low and fully expecting a disappointing outcome.
