We’ve just completed another 10-Day Health Marathon with our wellness community and it’s been fantastic to see the results and consistency across the group 👏

The Health Marathon is a simple online challenge we run where participants focus on small daily health habits and track them each day. Things like drinking more water, moving regularly, making better nutrition choices, avoiding alcohol and staying accountable to the group.

Over the years we’ve found that simple daily habits, supported by the right community and coaching, can make a huge difference.

A big congratulations to some of the stand-out results from this lap:

But for many people it can lead to low energy, relying on coffee to get through the morning, and grabbing quick snacks later in the day
