One question I get often is “am i too old for Pilates”

The answer clearly is No!
No one is too old to move and take care of their physical and mental health.

Hazel who is 82, has been coming to me since 2011, she works at her own level, strengthening her posture to keep her upright, knowing that if she doesn’t she will end up like her mother who bent over sideways in her later years.

A good basic workout has a huge impact on the body, we don’t need to be working hard, working through pain or doing fancy movements to reach our goals. You just need to understand the concept of Pilates.

Flexibility, Strength and Control of the body along with the Pilates Principles, including intuition.

Suffering from a Bad Back?, is it stopping you from doing the things you enjoy? Lack of sleep? Not really getting any resolution? Then come in and see us at the studio!

We provide clients with educational knowledge regarding their physical posture and assist them with practical tools to take home as well as working on their bodies in the studio. Pilates works on balancing the posture, strength, flexibility and provides control of the body.

Private Classes and small group classes as well as our short courses and workshops, available to both Members and Non Members.
