It’s Time to Talk Day today, and we’re here with a gentle nudge (and definitely a cup of the good stuff ☕️) to remind you that we’re always here for a chat.

Why?
Because running a business is tough. Being in business is tough. Being human is….well, you know. And sometimes all someone needs is a moment. A check in. A “fancy a coffee?”. A laugh (which we can most definitely provide). A moan. A breather.

And that’s what today is about and every day in fact.

We support YOU! The business owner, the manager, the team member, the person who’s been holding it all together (even when your to-do list says otherwise).

We’re proud to support campaign ☕

People can feel low on any day of the year, but connecting over a cuppa is a great way to check in with each other (which the Growth Hub trio are always up for!) 💚

Fun fact: Blue Monday didn’t actually come from science at all - it was dreamed up as a way to sell more holidays! It’s since been widely dismissed as a myth, but it’s definitely sparked some good conversations about mental health.
