A Day Out in London

While visiting the theatre, the staff at Oaklands Funeral Service stopped by Brompton Cemetery one of London’s “Magnificent Seven” cemeteries. A beautiful blend of park and history, with grand monuments along Central Avenue and over 200,000 burials. It’s the resting place of figures like Emmeline Pankhurst and John Snow and remains active today.

A Special Farewell 🏁🏎️🌳

Last Tuesday, we had the honour of supporting one of our families by arranging a truly personal final farewell for their loved one including a final lap around Goodwood Motor Circuit on the way to the Crematorium. We were grateful that the weather was on our side!

Our sincere thanks to the Goodwood Motor Circuit Team, especially Gabriel and Albie, for their kindness and support in helping make this farewell so special!✨

Congratulations to Louise and her Gig Rowing Team from Chichester Yacht Club on their success at the 2026 Montford Challenge last weekend.

Organised by Welsh Sea Rowing, this challenge event included an 8 mile upstream course and fast paced return downstream towards Pengwern Boat Club.

The team achieved a fantastic 3rd place in the ladies category out of 7 boats!

A great achievement and congratulations to the whole team!🚣‍♀️😃👏🏻🥉☀️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
