Kirstie – Registered Manager with 11+ years in care, including running her own care company. Her experience drives empathy and high standards across the team.

Michelle – Care Supervisor supporting carers in the field, prioritising their wellbeing while ensuring outstanding care.

Ieuan – Care Supervisor focused on creating and reviewing bespoke client care packages to ensure the best person-centred support.

Shannon – Care Coordinator who started as a CareAngel and now manages rotas and feedback, helping both clients and carers thrive.

Together, they make the dream team, ensuring every client and carer feel supported and valued!

This World Smile Day, our CEO Christina and Head of Operations Tracy spread joy across the Guardian Angel Carers Care Delivery and Office teams with beautiful flowers and handwritten personal notes.

A simple gesture with a big impact, making sure our wonderful colleagues smiled all day long.

This week is International Week of the Deaf, a time to recognise Deaf culture, raise awareness, and promote inclusivity for the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the Virtual Dementia Tour at our South Coast Head Office.

This powerful experience gave our Care Delivery team, Team Leaders, and external guests the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of what living with dementia can feel like, and how we can better support those with care needs.

A big thank you to everyone who took part, together we are building more compassion, awareness, and support for people living with dementia.
