We had a great training day last week here at MB with the team from Thermo elite health.

Undertaking training on cold water immersion treatment for exertional heat illness.

It was a pleasure to meet the team and support them in running through scenarios and training aids to be used across the pre hospital event industry as well as the NHS.

We are able to work alongside this team and offer this service to any events that would benefit from this crucial additional care added on to their medical provision.

We’re thrilled to share that MB Medical Solutions will continue as the event medical services provider for Alexandra Palace for at least the next 2 years!
The past 3 years have flown by, and it’s been an absolute privilege to support such an iconic venue. From ice hockey matches and live music gigs to massive 50,000-strong fireworks events, every day brings something new — and keeps us on our toes (in the best way possible!).
A huge thank you to the team at Alexandra Palace for your continued trust. We’re looking forward to many more safe and successful events together.
