                                            Many thanks Dr. Sam Watts for this week's Ayurvedic Success System workshop. It has totally opened my mind.

So when I wake up in the morning and my mind is planning, scheming, plotting, moaning, not happy with work, self preserving, micro managing and rational thinking.
It doesn't mean I'm mad and need to find a way to stop this. Which feels like trying to stop the tide coming in or parting the red sea.
It means it's just my brain in Beta brain wave mode. And it's just my neocortex and subconscious mind working away. Doing there thing. Getting to work every day.
Really is such a relief to recognise this and acknowledge that it's normal.
So I just breath and wait for when I can get back the Theta or Gamma brain wave states flowing. Then plan, dream, imagine, (idealise, visualise) my dream future / family /  job / creativity etc..
Now I can feel the neocortex and subconscious barriers in place as my thoughts bounce up against them every day. So I now understand why I've come to certain maybe limiting conclusions about areas in my life.
Now the thoughts are starting to push a little bit deeper into and even go through the wall / barrier that has been set up there for years..
Very liberating to feel the thoughts probing, going deeper, beyond their restrictions and being free again. That freedom we always used to have (when we were younger / kids?).
p.s. But it takes a lot of work. The muscles are weak and need to be retrained again. They need to re-learn how to push the boundaries. Think really big!!
