DESPERATE PLEA FOR HELP! These 2 bunnies have something to ask you... Please donate if you can or share this post.

😥 We have received over £1,500 worth of unexpected repairs and maintenance bills just in the past few months which has had a huge impact on our budget and funding.

🐰 With baby season underway our patient numbers increase by 50% and with that comes additional medical, food and other animal care expenses. The outgoings will soon be running at an unsustainable rate and difficult decisions will have to be made to keep our doors open.

🙏 We are kindly asking those that can spare a few pounds a month to support us by setting up a monthly donation to help us cover unexpected hospital expenses and ongoing animal care costs.

✨️ We appreciate costs are rising for everyone, but if you are able to spare £3-£10, or more each month (the cost of a takeaway coffee or meal out) then we would be so grateful.

This weekend we are braving the weather to join the festivities at the West Wittering Beach Cafe Christmas Market!! 🎄🧑‍🎄

🎁💝🐾 There will be plenty of stalls, tasty treats and activities there to join in. Including carol singing from local school and a charity dog show.

🦔🐦‍⬛ On our stall we will have loads of gift ideas and a tombola. All to raise funds for wildlife in need.

CHARITY SHOP THEFT‼️

Unfortunately, our Brent Lodge Charity Shops - Bognor Regis was broken into over the weekend resulting in damage to our shop door and the theft of donated jewellery (estimated to be worth about £350)

We have contacted the police and given them the CCTV footage. They are now investigating the incident. If anyone has any suspicious activity to report in Bognor Regis High Street during the early hours of 24th May, then please contact us directly or visit our charity shop so they can pass this onto the police.

We are thankful that none of our staff or volunteers were harmed during the incident, as it was during closing hours, however we are all devastated about the damage and loss of funds it has caused. We are currently going through our busy animal care season and we rely heavily on the funds raised from our shops to help us provide their vital care and treatment.

The shop door has been secured and they are still able to open and trade, which is a relief. We are now in the process of talking to our insurance company to see if we can recover some the lost funds.

At the recent Selsey Battle of the Boozers we were well represented -2 teams from the hospital and a team from the Selsey shop. In all £280 was raised for our cause so thanks to everyone for taking part.

He calls in once or twice or week with good quality donations and is by far the biggest contributor to the Selsey shops Gift Aid Contributions.
