We have seven main energy centres in the body known as Chakras .
We do have other chakras aswell but these are the Central widely known about ones.
Each one responds to part of our emotional well being, which when we have blockages or they are off balance can leave you feeling out of sorts and some time can cause ‘dis ease’ and physical ailments.
