We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor with office administration experience.

Prestige Nursing & Care Chichester & Worthing is seeking a confident, compassionate and proactive Field Care Supervisor to support our growing domiciliary and complex care services across West Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care and supporting colleagues in the community.

About the Role
As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and supporting both our office team and care colleagues in the field.

You will:
*Support and supervise care staff in the community
*Carry out spot checks, observations and quality assurance visits
*Assist with care plan reviews and risk assessments
*Support with medication competency checks and audits
*Provide guidance and mentoring to new and existing staff
*Assist with training, shadow shifts and inductions
*Work alongside carers when required to support service users
*Be prepared to attend and deliver care calls where required to ensure safe and continuous service delivery
*Ensure care delivery is compliant with CQC standards and company policies
*Promote a positive, supportive and professional team culture

What We’re Looking For

Essential:
*Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in health & social care
*Experience supporting staff in the community
*NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
*Excellent IT and communication skills
*Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
*Strong understanding of person-centred care
*Flexibility and willingness to cover care calls when required

Desirable:
*Experience with complex care
*Medication competency and auditing experience
*Experience completing care plans and risk assessments
*Knowledge of CQC regulations

Portia is a Registered Nurse with 30 years’ hospital experience; bringing a broad and robust acute clinical background to complex care. She is a strong advocate for person-centred, evidence-based care, with a clear focus on dignity, safety, and individual choice.

News feeds are filling up with Hospitals explaining they are under pressure, asking families to collect their loved ones as soon as possible when they have been told they are ready to leave; freeing up valuable beds for the next person who needs it.

We are here to offer care in the place people love the most; their own home. We can support with hospital discharge, convalescent and post surgery care; for the short or long term.

From 30 minutes visits to live in care; from medication support, meal preparation to personal care and mobility support - the list of what we can offer is a long one but we know every person is different so we tailor the care to suit each individuals needs.
