Today, everyone at Lambwood Heights Care Home came together in reflection and gratitude.

On this Remembrance Day, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and resilience of all who served—those who gave their tomorrow for our today.

Our residents, team members, and visitors joined in a moment of silence at 11 a.m., remembering not only the fallen but also the families who carry their legacy.

Today at Lamwood Heights, we marked Remembrance Day with a meaningful and creative activity. 🌺
Our residents made beautiful poppies and placed them in the garden to honour those who served.
We were delighted to welcome a cadet — the son of one of our residents — who performed a march for everyone and read a heartfelt poem.
The day was made even more special by our wonderful entertainer, D-Day Dolly, who sang wartime favourites and brought smiles all around. ❤️
