This session is accredited with Christ College London, and 30 Credit Hours will be counted towards PG Certification & Diploma.
This advanced leadership course is designed to empower senior clinicians, emergency physicians, and trauma team leaders with the essential non-technical and leadership skills required to manage complex trauma cases effectively.

Programme Delivery
The programme comprises a total of 30 hours of study, delivered through a blended learning model - 60% online and 40% onsite.
On-site : 10 hours session will be delivered in 1 day Hands on training in morning session and Practical assessment in afternoon.

His leadership spans clinical care, medical education, and departmental governance, shaping high-quality emergency services and fostering the development of multidisciplinary teams.
Dr. Riaz’s key roles and contributions include:
• Resuscitation & Ultrasound Lead: Pioneering emergency ultrasound governance and training, including RCEM Level 1 & 2, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and regional nerve blocks.
• Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Lead: Driving the development of ultrasound training pathways at Watford General Hospital, ensuring high standards in POCUS practice.
• Clinical Educator & Supervisor: Facilitating the growth of trainees, non-trainees, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and nursing staff, through direct supervision, ARCP participation, simulation events, and FRCEM exam preparation.
