Mindfulness.... What does that mean to you? I touched upon it in this week's live in the group, and mentioned that I was working on this new puzzle. I completed it later that evening and can say that this activity benefited me in several ways. There was the aspect of 'me time', something that can often make us feel guilty because 'I should be using that time to do something more useful', there was the opportunity for my mind to just relax and reset, and then there was the joy in completing it and studying the detail in the picture. There was an added bonus of the smell of the wooden pieces, which I love!

Don't underestimate the benefit of mindfulness activities, and ensure you are getting regular 'me time' by doing things that make you happy... whatever that may be for you. ☺️

Sending love to everyone today, whether you are a child able to celebrate with your Father, a Father able to celebrate with your children, and everyone in between. Days like this can be emotionally difficult in many different ways, and there is no 'one size fits all' message that can encompass the complex relationship dynamics and bring comfort to those who need it. So all I can do, from my little corner of the world, is send out love and hope it reaches those who need it. 💜

🌟CARD REVEAL!🌟

1. NO - Sometimes this card is a 'not right now' kind of a 'No', but this week the Angels are saying a definite 'NO'! What you have been thinking about is not right for you, and although it can be difficult to put plans and ideas on the back burner, especially if they excite you, right now you are not going to get the results that you desire. You could continue to put energy into trying to make your plans into a reality, but it is highly unlikely to be what you want it to be. You need to be open to other ideas, because what you are chasing after is not what is right for you. Take a break from chasing your dreams, really consider whether you are wanting these things for the right reasons, and ask yourself if there is something much better out there for you. One of the best ways of asking the Angels/The Universe for something is to end the request with ".....this or something better", because that leaves the door open for amazing things/people that you had not even considered.

2. SOUL - Don't be so hard on yourself, you are going through changes at a soul level. Sometimes it can feel like life is happening TO you, and you are not in control. There is a certain level of fate in our lives, the things that are destined to occur no matter what we do, but you should remember that there are always lessons to be learned from every life experience - good and bad. Don't feel like you should be doing something right now, it's okay to just 'coast' whilst things play out behind the scenes, all you have to do is trust in the process and cut yourself some slack. You are heading into a period of transformation, and it's okay to just 'coast' right now, you will soon see the direction in which you are heading.

3. YES - The Angels are giving you a big 'thumbs up' and telling you that you have the green light to go ahead! If you have been waiting for a sign from the Angels, then this is what you have been waiting for! You don't need to ask any questions, or to even know any answers, just allow yourself to go forward with confidence and trust that everything is going to turn out as planned, or maybe even better!
There is also a message for one person in particular who will see this post, and that is to look out for 'brass'. As I am only getting the word 'brass' it could relate to a name of a person, business, street etc, or it could relate to an object made of brass. This will give you confirmation that you are right in what you are thinking, or the direction you are wanting to head in. Hopefully this will make sense to someone, whether they see this message now, or weeks/months in the future.
