🌟 HOPE Programme – Starting 26th February 🌟

Are you living with sensory loss and looking for support, understanding, and practical ways to cope?

The HOPE Programme (Help Overcoming Problems Effectively) is a six-week programme starting on 26th February, held at Paignton Library.

🕐 Time: 1:00 – 3:30pm each week

💬 What makes HOPE different?

This programme is delivered by people with lived experience of sensory loss, creating a safe, supportive space to:

• Share experiences
• Build confidence and resilience
• Learn practical strategies for everyday challenges
• Connect with others who truly understand

📍 Where: Paignton Library

⏳ Duration: 6 weeks

Did you know we offer weekend appointments with Health care Assistants, nurses and GPs?

If you’re unable to attend an appointment at our surgery during the week our reception team can offer you a weekend appointment by either telephone call or face to face (for GP slots) at Leatside surgery in Totnes or Albany Surgery in Newton Abbott.

Please note, we also offer some evening appointments at Chillington.

Please speak to our reception team, who will be happy to help and provide you with more information.
