✨ A little life & work update ✨
I’m still teaching my regular classes at and a weekly Sound Bath at - Repton Park, Those steady weekly classes matter to me. Breathing together. Letting the nervous system land.
Alongside that my work continues to move in rhythm with travel, collaboration and community.
Through , I travel and teach in beautiful locations Fuertaventura, my 5th time in June, and in October Thailand, where yoga becomes a shared experience of presence and good living. 🌿
I also host Nature’s Rhythm Yoga holidays in Portugal, Cyprus and Türkiye. These retreats are co-created with other teachers who truly feel like soul family,
honouring different teaching voices while staying rooted in nature, rhythm and ease rather than striving.
For the third year, I’ll be teaching with at the amazing in Cornwall, which is always magical. I also offer regular classes at Yoga in the Stars in Leytonstone, where movement tends to open into something expansive, subtle and a little celestial. ✨
With Yoga in the Stars, I’m preparing to co-teach an accredited teacher training, launching in March. The training will be delivered as a collective with other experienced teachers, supporting trainees to deepen their practice, find their own voice and teach in a way that feels grounded, sustainable and true to who they are.
The Full Moon Rituals are also held through Yoga in the Stars gathering in community to move, reflect and honour the lunar cycles through beautiful embodied practices. 🌕
All of it flows through Nature’s Rhythm Yoga. A way of living and teaching that listens first. That respects cycles. That trusts unfolding rather than forcing shape.
I feel grateful for the places yoga takes me… and for the people I get to share it with. The rhythm keeps guiding the work. And I keep following. 💫🪷 💫✨🫶🏽
