Most of us spend hours looking at screens every day — phones, laptops, TVs. It's just part of modern life. But long hours on screens can leave our eyes feeling tired and strained.
Here's a few things that can help:
👁️ Take regular breaks — the 20-20-20 rule is a good one
👁️ Adjust your screen brightness to match the room
👁️ Blink more consciously (we blink less when we're focused on a screen)
👁️ Keep your screen at a comfortable distance — roughly arm's length
Small adjustments, but they add up over the course of a day.
