English weather never surprises me; it's almost July & raining πŸ™ˆ Time for a comforting brekkie to soften my sorrows.....Try this tasty cherry, peach & coconut porridge for yourself

R E C I P E β€’ Cut 8 in 1/2 β€’ De-stone & slice 1/2 a β€’ Place in a pan with 1tsp & 1tsp of β€’ Leave on a low heat for 5 mins & stir regularly β€’ Make some porridge; I use steel-cut & (1/2 cup of oats to 1 cup of milk) β€’ Add 1tbsp of seeds & 3 tbsp of desiccated to the β€’ Serve with once the fruit has softened & the juice has thickened slightly.

Electric Muscle Stimulation training with in their new office. EMS training recruits more muscle fibers during exercise than an ordinary by sending short, electrical impulses to the muscles via electrodes. The more muscles we use, the more energy we expend and the more we burn πŸ˜ƒApparently, a 20 minute whole-body workout hooked up to this bad boy is equivalent to a 90 minute without it. True? I'll let you know tomorrow, if I can recruit enough muscle fibres to type. Pray for Kate 🀞🏼

Stewed breakfast apples & blueberries with cinnamon & date syrup. Yum! πŸ˜›

Peel & core 1 red apple. Chop it in to bite-sized chunks & throw it in to a pan with 2 handfuls of blueberries, 1tsp cinnamon & 1tsp of date syrup. Add a little vanilla extract & 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Cover with a lid & leave it to stew for 20 minutes. Rustle up some porridge In the meantime using steel-cut oats (quinoa works well, too) & almond milk. Throw some desiccated coconut in there, too and serve with the apples once their 20 minutes is up.
