Mixed emotions here 🥹

This is the lovely Simona.

She joined with us 1 year ago and in that time has been smashing her weight loss journey week in, week out.

Through changing her mindset and usual behaviours, and creating a healthy new lifestyle for herself and her family.

Today she achieved her 4 stone award, but she is actually moving away, so this is the last time we will see her in our group. Bittersweet 🥰🥹.

Proud to have been a part of her journey of change. This really is the most rewarding role.

Lunch time 😍

Pimped up salad over here..

🥗 lettuce
🍗 Cajun spiced chicken
🌶️ jalapeños
🧅 pearl pickled onions
🍓 balsamic & strawberry pickled beetroot (Waitrose , yum)
🫑 yellow pepper
🧀 20g cheddar, cut into cubes
🌶️ dressing ~ made with fat free Greek yoghurt & sweet chilli sauce

*Some of the crunchy, baked cheese bites would have made this another level… but sadly I’ve not got any

Made a spare for lunch tmro after group too. Winning 🏆

🍞 1 small slice of whole meal toast (1/2 health fibre choice)
🧀 20g reduced fat cheddar (1/2 calcium choice)
🍳 2 eggs (free/protein)
💛 2 Swips for light salad cream
