This morning im running my group I attend as a member 🥰 I lost 2lb and was one of the Slimmer of the Week’s 🙌

Weigh in this morning and a 2lb weight loss 🥳

I’ve been FAFFING (love that word 😂) with my weight , food and that constant battle of living my best life and eating healthy 👀

I’ll be practicing more of what I preach 😂 this weight loss malarkey isn’t easy but i will be pulling my finger out now to get back to my target (only 10lbs).

I’ve got something on a the weekend but I’m really going to get back to making better choices this week.

I’ll be sharing more for accountability 🤩❤️

Early mornings on Saturday to see the incredible Hawkslade members ❤️🥰

Pre having Lennon I would of laughed at you if you asked me to get up at 5.45am to run a Saturday morning group! Probably would of not long got in from partying 🥳😂

How times have changed and now I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!

Currently due to its popularity the 8.30am session is full but there is plenty pf space in our 10am session.

Looking forward to helping our members get a big dose of self belief this morning and setting them up for success!
