I am now taking bookings for the Zoom version of the Interoception CPD on the 14th Feb.
It would be ideal to have a dog, or another animal available to practice on, but you can practice the principles on yourself or another human too. I will be limiting numbers so that everyone can ask questions and interact. Here is the course overview below...

Neurosomatic approaches…. Everyone got deep into the nervous system to facilitate release of emotional tension and aid physical realignment on yesterday’s CPD. A gentle approach that contacts the somatic and autonomic nervous systems.
We are running a Zoom version in the 14th Feb for those who can’t make it on site in Oxon in the spring.
