It’s World Reflexology Week (from 20-26 Sept) and a good time to promote reflexology and to raise awareness of this relaxing and rebalancing therapy on a global level.

This year’s theme is Wellbeing and reflexology is such a wonderful treatment for improving our health and welfare, and restoring balance to the body. After these last 18 months which all of us may have found challenging, in different ways, it’s a good opportunity to refill your wellbeing.
