Welcome October 🍂

What's on for this month, the therapy blankets are out and my heated therapy bed has been turned on 😁.

The days and nights are getting colder and I do like this time of year. It's also my husband's birthday this month, so I'm looking forward to a nice slice of birthday cake 🎂 😋

I spend alot of time in my therapy room, for me its about tranquility and cosiness and giving a lovely environment for my clients to relax and take time for themselves

Time to enjoy the small things in life 👣💕👣

Stand applications for the Birth Network North Wiltshire's Chippenham Baby Show open on Wednesday 1st October!

Our next Baby Show will be in Chippenham, on Sunday 1st March 2026. It wil be an opportunity for parents of babies and toddlers, as well as expectant parents, to find out about a huge range of local pregnancy, birth, baby and toddler related organisations and services.

If you represent a bump, birth or baby business, service or organisation and would like to have a stand, applications open this Wednesday.

Those who are interested please message the page, and we'll start sending application forms out on Wednesday.

I specialise in Reflexology, love all things related to reflexology and enjoy adding to my reflexology knowledge with many different courses. I do love a certificate 😁
