Denim4Dementia £745 raised….THANK YOU 👖❤️

Thank you SO much to everyone who came along today…to everyone who donated before today, those who made cakes, bought raffle tickets, sold raffle tickets (and folded,) danced with me, put the tables and chairs out, helped clear up! You are all AMAZING 🤩

I’m so proud of our Fitness Community. Always willing to show up and make a difference, with a smile 😊

Never thought we would do The Birdie Song but it made everyone smile…and it was for charity! 😉👖

All the money raised goes to who support local people. Something close to my heart 💙

Aging is inevitable. Decay is optional. 🛑

Society wants you to believe the top picture is just what happens when you get older. They tell you it's "normal."

It’s not normal. It’s just common. There is a massive difference.

You don't have to accept a slow, passive decline into the armchair. Your body was designed to move, adapt, and stay strong until the very end, but you have to give it the stimulus it needs.

Muscle is your armor against frailty. Movement is the best medicine you can prescribe yourself.

Stop letting age "happen" to you. Go on the offensive.

I’ve been alcohol free for over a year 🎉

I have tried LOTS of nonalcoholic drinks in the past 13 months.

These are my favourites:

Mother Root Ginger fiery and fresh

The selection of is a great way to try these wonderful drinks

Aegean Sky …bitter citrus and olive 🫒

Fever Tree Mexican Lime is very refreshing 🍋‍🟩

Join us for our coffee morning, in our mission to raise vital funds for Macmillan Cancer Support! We're determined to surpass last year's total of just over £2000 and make an even bigger impact this time around. On 26 September, from 10am to 3pm, we will gather at the bowls pavilion for a day filled with hope, community spirit, and fundraising. Every donation, no matter how small, contributes to providing essential support for those battling cancer. Together, we can make a difference and show those in need that they are not alone. Your support matters!
